Service Description
•One Free Consult • Two prenatal sessions to discuss birth preferences, comfort measures, partner support, postpartum preparation, and questions surrounding pregnancy and labor • Continuous text support beginning at 38 weeks • Up to 12 hours of in person or virtual labor support • Emotional and informational support during labor and birth • Grounding techniques, comfort support, and calm presence throughout your birth experience • Early postpartum check in after delivery
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Refund Policy Due to the nature of birth work and the on-call commitment required to reserve availability surrounding your estimated due date, all doula service payments and retainers are non-refundable once booking has been confirmed. In the unfortunate event of miscarriage or pregnancy loss prior to birth services being rendered, any unused portion of services may be refunded minus the cost of any prenatal visits, consultations, virtual support, educational sessions, or other services already provided. If labor support is not utilized due to rapid labor, change of plans, transfer of care, or personal decisions made by the client after booking, refunds will not be issued for reserved on call time. Herbs & Pixie Dust / Roots & Water reserves space within the calendar for each client and limits availability in order to provide intentional and reliable support throughout pregnancy and birth. By booking services, clients acknowledge understanding and agreement with these policies.
